| How do you define "fantasy"? | | |

| Rigel-5 | Oct 2, 2007 5:17pm | | When you think of fantasy artwork, what kind of images come to mind first? Is it only swords & sorcery, dragons, and mythological settings? Would you include Weird Tales-esque speculative science or otherworldly horror in your definition? This is a big gray area for me. Are there any vital elements that fantasy cannot do without? |

That does not include drawing more than one moon or sun in the background... but a starship would make it science fiction.
